The Purpose of QDAC is to amplify queer representation in dance and performing arts spaces.

Our Mission is to take up space within the performing arts community via artist residencies, dance festivals and teaching opportunities. We aim to use dance as a tool to educate and advocate the importance of LGTBQIA2S+ voices.

Our Vision is to use the performing arts to educate our wider community on the importance of LGBTQIA2S+ inclusivity, accepting and welcoming all bodies. Our stance is one of body neutrality, accepting our bodies as they are and what they are capable of. All bodies deserve respect regardless of what the societal ideal dictates. We aim to express gratitude and take care of our bodies as they are.
